Situated at an elevation of approximately 3,670 meters (12,040 feet) above sea level in the Potosí and Oruro departments. Uyuni has become a central hub for tourism in the region, primarily because of its proximity to the Salar de Uyuni (Uyuni Salt Flats), one of the most iconic and breathtaking natural attractions in Bolivia.
The Salt Desert covers an area of over 10,000 square kilometers (3,900 square miles), making it the largest salt flat in the world. Known for its otherworldly and surreal landscapes, during the rainy season a thin layer of water creates a mirror effect, reflecting the sky. This unique scenery attracts photographers and tourists from around the world.

TOUR PROGRAM
09:00 am Depart from Uyuni and visit: the Train Graveyard, Colchani Town (market & souvenirs), salt mounds, Dakar monument, flags, and Isla Incahuasi (360 viewer & giant cacti). During the trip, you will make stops to take pictures of geological formations on the surface of the salt desert, as well as perspective photography with props you bring.

08:30 pm Dinner and accommodations at Palacio de Sal

Day 2
09:30 am Pick up from Salt Hotel and depart towards the town of Uyuni, where you will have 15-20 minutes to buy snacks and change money before departing toward the Bolivian desert.
12:30 pm Lunch at San Cristobal Mining Town.
02:00 pm Depart towards Desierto de Siloli visiting: Rock Valley, Volcan Ollague viewer, Laguna Canapa, Laguna Hedionda, and Laguna Onda (note: these lagoons are populated by flamingos, the James, Andean, and Chilean flamingos.)
06:00 pm Approximate arrival at Hotel TAYKA del Desierto, here you will have dinner and accommodations for the evening.
Day 3
07:00 am After breakfast, we depart towards the southern region of Bolivia visiting and passing through: 7 Colored Mountain, Arbol de Piedra (rock formation), Laguna Colorda viewer, Geysers Sol de Manana (4950 masl), Polques hot springs, Desierto de Dali (rock formations), and Laguna Verde.
01:30 pm Lunch at Polques Hot Springs.
03:00 pm After lunch, we depart back to the city of Uyuni (note: from this point it is approximately a 5-6 hour drive, making 2 stops for toilet breaks.)
07:00 pm Approximate arrival to Uyuni and transfer to Hotel/Airport/Bus Station

12:00 pm After visiting Laguna Verde Viewer, you will have connections to San Pedro of Atacama at Hito Cajones (border between Bolivia and Chile).
